なAdj + でしょうがない/しかたがない Example : a. このアパートは部屋が広いが、駅から遠いので不便でしょうがない。 This apartment is big but it's far from the station. It's so inconvenient. b. パソコンを使いすぎたせいか、このごろ目が疲れてしかたがない。 I used my computer too often so my eyes have been so tired lately.c. 今日は何もすることがなくて、暇でしかたがない。 I have nothing to do today. I'm so bored.
てたまらない
いAdj (-い) + くてたまらない
なAdj + でたまらない Example : a. 恋人ができて嬉しくてたまらない。 I'm so happy I found a lover. b. 昨日の歌の練習では何度も間違えてみんなに笑われ、恥ずかしくてたまらなかった。 I was laughed at by everyone for making so many mistakes at yesterday's singing practice. It was so embarrassing.c. この仕事が大変なので、やめたくてたまらない。 This job is so hard that I want to quit.
て当然だ
いAdj (-い) + くて当然だ/て当たり前だ
なAdj + で当然だ/で当たり前だ Example : a. ひどいことばかり言ったので、彼女に嫌われて当然だ。 I'm not surprised that she hates me because I said a lot of nasty things. b. あいつは罰を受けて当然だ。 He deserved his punishment.c. 相手のチームは弱い。勝って当たり前だ。 The other team is weak so we're gonna win for sure.

なAdj + では Example : a. 大きな声で話しては魚が逃げてしまう。 If you speak too loud, the fishes will swim away. b. 休み中、食べては眠り、食べては眠りの連続で、すっかり太ってしまった。 During the holiday, all I did was eat and sleep so I gained a lot of weight.c. 料理がまずくては誰も来ませんよ。 If the food is nasty no one will come.
てはいられない

なAdj + ではいられない Example : a. 仕事が予定より遅れている。だから、今度の日曜日は、仕事を休んではいられない。 I'm already behind in my work, so I can't afford to take a day off this Sunday. b. 明日は早く起きるので、いつものように遅くまでテレビを見てはいられない。 I have to wake up early tomorrow, so I can't watch TV until late as usual.c. 来週は大事な期末試験なので、のんびりしてはいられない。 The important final exam is next week, so I can't afford to slack off.
てはならない
途中に/途中で
N + の途中で/の途中に Example : a. 学校に来る途中で、財布を忘れたのに気づいた。 I noticed that I forgot my wallet on my way to school. b. 彼らは恐怖で身動きできないらしく、階段の途中に立ちすくんでいた。 They were standing, apparently transfixed with horror, halfway down the stairs.c. さっき家へ帰る途中でちょっと事故に遭っちゃってさ。 I had an accident on the way home.

なAdj + であると同時に Example : a. ドアを開けると同時に電話のベルがなりました。 When I opened the door, the phone rang. b. 地震と同時に火事が起こった。 A fire occurred at the same time as an earthquake.c. 大学で英語を勉強すると同時に経済も勉強します。 In college, I study English at the same time I study Economics.
